The rear arch area is prone to rot around the upper link suspension points, the wheelarch to boot side joins and the inner D post.
The arch on the right has extensive rot and the splash panel which should be just behind the wheel has fallen off completley.
	The picture to the left shows where to check for rot from inside the boot. It will be necessary to peel back the rubber matting to examine. It is vital the area around the suspension mount is solid, if not the car will tend to handle like a shopping trolley.
